We can also provide flex capacity for branches with fully operational processing teams, offering peace of mind during high volume spikes or employee absences by providing coverage and assisting on your overflow files.
We are confident that the seamless execution of these division-exclusive solutions will uphold and enhance your branch’s reputation and word-of-mouth referrals, through consistent delivery of an elevated experience for your clients, realtor partners, and sales team.

Operational support fully customized to your unique requirements.

Our suite of operational support includes high-level assistance with upfront scenarios, guideline and compliance concerns, or credit committee reviews. We partner with you on UW escalation support, UW and Doc Rush requests, and pipeline management to assure your loans are successfully meeting COE’s and lock dates. You pay only a set fee per each funded loan, and with that we offer our operational oversight and high-level branch management resources completely free of charge!
